Two options are available to place an order, you may make your command directly at our online store or contact one of our customer service representatives by telephone.

2. MAKING AN ONLINE PURCHASE

It's simple to make an online purchase, just choose your items, put them into your basket, and then validate your order. You may place your order as a guest, or register as a guest at the time of payment. Registration is recommended because it speeds up the ordering process by saving your shipping, billing and payment information, for your next visit. Once your order is validated we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your purchase, as well as a link containing the tracking number for your shipment.Returns must be made within 14 days followiing the delivery of your order. Please note that personalized products are non refundable. More information is available in the Delivery and returns section of our site.

3. SIZE GUIDE

The size indicated online will always be the size that you will find on our products. We use french sizes for all our our collections. On the product's page you can find a link to our size guide, that explains the correspondance between glove and shoe sizes.

4. MAKING AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE

5. DATE OF YOUR ORDER, RETURNS AND REFUNDS - DELIVERY TIMES

If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday it will be processed on the next working day.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF YOUR ORDER

If you would like to cancel, or modify your oder before it's sent out, please contact Maison Fabre as soon as possible at +33 01 42 60 75 88 or by email shop@maisonfabre.com Maison Fabre will make our best effort to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

RETURNS

Maison Fabre accepts returns of products in their original condition with the original purchase invoice and return authorization number included. Additionally, Maison Fabre does not accept returns that appear to have been used, or damaged. Lambskin is particularly fragile and easily marked, and as gloves must be returned in original condition, we recommend that gloves be tried on at home and away from moisture. Maison Fabre reserves the right to refuse products returned in a damaged condition, or equally accept them but deducting rembursement and repair costs.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To make a return, You must inform Maison Fabre of your desire to return the Product (s) ordered within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. To do this you can: - Contact Customer Service on +33 (0) 1 42 60 75 88 to receive an authorization number, and a transport label pre-printed by e-mail. You then have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of cancellation of your order to return the product(s) concerned. Returns will not be accepted in our physical outlets. To find out more, read the General Conditions of Sales Terms and Conditions section You will not bear the cost of returning the Product (s) if you respect the return note inserted in the box of your order. - All returned products must have been protected and packaged in its original box, and be accompanied by all the accessories present at the opening. Otherwise, fees will be charged.
- Please print the e-mail with the return authorization number and carrier label.
- Please place the original box(es) in the shipping box,and include the return authorization email sent by Maison Fabre and the original purchase invoice.
- Please carefully package your return and affix the carrier's label , finally take to the the Post Office nearest you.
- For customers abroad, we will give you a DHL or FEDEX number for a pickup at the address you provide us. You can also arrange the return with the carrier of your choice, under your responsibility, within fourteen (14) days of notification to Customer Service. You agree to pay particular attention to the packaging of the Product you are returning. If the returned Product has been damaged due to improper packaging, Maison Fabre reserves the right to refuse this return or to accept it, but deducting the costs of taking over and repairing the amount to You re-credit.

REFUNDS

After receipt of the Products, and provided return conditions are met, Maison Fabre will notify you by e-mail that the total or partial refund of the amount of your order is being processed. A refund will then be made in the same manner as the initial payment. Depending on Your financial institution, the refund may take up to 10 (ten) business days following confirmation by email from Maison Fabre.

6. CARE GUIDE FOR GLOVES LAMB, PECCARY, AND DEERSKIN GLOVES

In order to maintain the natural beauty of our gloves, it is recommended, to keep leather gloves in a dry place away from light. In case of dirt, wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth with a neutral ph soap. Let them dry flat away from any source of heat. In the event of a larger stain, it is advisable to have the glove dry cleaned by a specialist experienced in cleaning leather gloves.

VELOURS, SUEDE OR SHEARLING GLOVES:
Before the first use, apply an aerosol waterproofing agent to protect them from dirt. During the winter, fold your gloves after use in your pocket or bag. Do not put them in a ball. Lay them flat on a piece of furniture on your return home if they are wet so that they may dry naturally. Pull a little on the fingers to restore them to their original shape. At the end of the season, remember to store your gloves in their original box.
