Free delivery for orders of 250€ or more (Europe) / 250€ (Worldwide).

Each order will be verified, in particular the billing and delivery addresses and method of payment used.

Further verification may add a delay of two (2) days to delivery time.

Deliveries will be made by the carrier of our choice, signature upon reception will be required.

The delivery time is typically 1 to 2 days for major cities, excluding weekends and holidays. Longer delays can be observed in certain regions (eg Corsica).

Delivery also depends on the verification of orders and the availability of Products. In addition, the Maison Fabre online store is not responsible for unforeseen delays encountered by our carriers during delivery.

Requests to return products must be made within fourteen (14) days from receipt of Your Order.

Products purchased on the online store cannot be returned to our physical outlets.

No exchange is possible. Returns are subject to a refund on the card used to purchase the item.

Products must be returned in perfect condition. Returns of products that appear worn or damaged will result in repair costs or a refusal of the return.
